Twisted Metal PS3

I just found out that only 3 character will be playable in the story mode - Sweet Tooth, Dollface, Mr. Grimm
I feel a little of disappointed now since for me the character played a major role and were part of the Twisted Metal experience. Axel, Warthog, Mr.Slam, Shadow & Spectre were some of my favorite ones and now they are all gone. I believed the greatness of TM's car combat gameplay was based on the variety line up of unique character and cars.

how you guys feel about this?

I agree Roca. I've been in the Eat Sleep Play forums talking about it.

I was cool with the Live Action Cutscenes, but only four characters (Preacher is there too) seems stupid.

I think what's clear is that the game was never really supposed to be a SP game release. Sony recently told them to create a SP aspect and this is all they have time for.

I hope the rethink their whole "3 or 4 playable characters" issue...Sweet Tooth might be the face of TM but he wasn't as cool as other characters. I never played Black so I can care less about Dollface, and who is this Preacher guy, is he from Black too?

lol...yeah lots of complains.
I see what they are doing though, they are keeping the most twisted characters for the PS3 version but I cannot see myself enjoying a TM game with only 4 playable characters - lets hope they know what they are doing.

btw, who's Preacher?

He was from Black. His special was launching a sinner onto the car, where he's was strapped with explosives. He's say repent and blow up.

Looks like a good game to me.
I never played the first one so I'm not stuck on the characters.
